Ensure a uniform customer experience throughout the contact center
For a high-growth telecom business like MetTel, ensuring a seamless customer experience (CX) throughout the contact center was a necessary (but time-intensive) process that involved a lot of spot-checking. As the business grew and diversified, however, the need to create a uniform experience became more and more pressing—as well as the need to expand the data set while maintaining efficiency.
